During an evaluation, I commented, "David must have a hard time reading for long periods of time." Surprised, his Dad exclaimed, "Yes, How'd you know?" "Because his eye muscles are very weak." I replied. What Dad didn't yet realize is that by locating the underlying physical weakness, we identify a straightforward fix: strengthening the weak muscle.
